Main Responsibilities & Tasks

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, and material issuance to production using

  SAP (S4 HANA)

  .
• Maintain accurate

  inventory records

  and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and

  safety and 5S regulations

  .
• Implement and follow

  FIFO/FEFO

  inventory methods to optimize stock management.
• Monitor warehouse layout and space utilization for optimal storage.
• Maintain records of goods movement and prepare reports on stock levels, order status, and discrepancies.
• Oversee and support the warehouse staff in their daily tasks.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation for both inbound and outbound materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a background in

  warehouse, purchase

  , or a related field.
• Relevant experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Knowledge of

  lean inventory

  and warehouse optimization techniques.

Skills

• Familiarity with warehouse management software, particularly

  SAP

  , as well as MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of

  safety, 5S

  , and compliance standards.
• Strong

  organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent

  communication and leadership abilities

• The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
