We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to manage the day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory control, ensure timely receipts of goods, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. The role requires hands-on experience in warehouse procedures, including order fulfillment, documentation, and team coordination Main Responsibilities & Tasks: Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, material kitting, and material issuance to production after consuming in SAP (S4 HANA). Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety and 5S regulations. Monitor warehouse layout and space utilization for optimal storage. Maintain records of goods movement using SAP S 4 HANA systems. Prepare reports on stock levels, order status, and discrepancies. Oversee and support the warehouse staff in daily tasks. Implement and follow FIFO/FEFO inventory methods. Ensure timely and accurate documentation for inbound and outbound materials. Qualification & Skills: Bachelor s degree and experience in warehouse and purchase or related field. 6-8 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management. Familiarity with warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, MS office, etc.) Basic knowledge of safety 5S and compliance standards. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of lean inventory and warehouse optimization techniques. Requires flexibility to work based on business needs.
