What You Will Do

Key Areas of Responsibility (KARs):

• Check the correctness of invoice supporting documents received from suppliers, ensuring invoices follow Linxon guidelines.
• Verify that mandatory supporting documents are transmitted by suppliers along with submitted invoices.
• Confirm that the invoice amount matches the Purchase Order (PO) milestone payment.
• Create work confirmations in Linxon's ERP system (Oracle).
• Verify prequalification documents provided by suppliers during the onboarding process.

Experience, Education, and Other Requirements

• Minimum Engineering Graduate or CIPS qualification (or equivalent) and applicable experience, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of qualification.
• 5 years of work experience in supply chain, accounting, or finance departments.
• Good knowledge of Oracle as an ERP system.
• Occasional travel may be required, both inside and outside of the country.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to think outside the box and proactively move things forward using your own initiative.
• A drive to implement change.
• Detail-focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the business while embracing cultural differences.
