Role & Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day cabin crew operations at the base during assigned shifts
Act as duty in-charge: ensure crew reporting, medical checks, and possession of mandatory documents
Conduct briefings and share operational updates or special instructions with crew
Coordinate with departments like Crew Control, Scheduling, Training, and Catering to resolve issues
Drive efficiency in briefing cycles and improve On-Time Performance (OTP)
Support new projects and align with changing business needs
Assist in creating procedures, policies, and guidelines in line with corporate standards
Monitor attendance, sickness, absences, and ensure accountability
Promote a culture of safety, security, and cost efficiency within In-Flight Services
Provide recommendations to Base Head/Managers for manuals and operational improvements
Plan effective rosters to optimize crew utilization and minimize disruptions
Ensure timely submission of flight reports and compliance with safety policies

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate with prior experience in airline operations or cabin crew management (preferred)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Good analytical and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
Strong focus on safety, security, and operational efficiency
Professional, disciplined, and team-oriented mindset
