Roles and Responsibilities :-
• Execution of Warehouse HR Functions. • Recruitment, Onboarding, Exit formalities
& Attendance management.
• Payroll Management for Onroll and Offroll Employees.
• Contractor Labor Management Including Compliances.
• Manpower planning, assist in the recruitment process.
• Handling/Assistance in disciplinary and grievance handling.
• Liaison with local govt and private regulatory agencies related to HR.
• Execution of all Training, welfare, Employee Engagement programs.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment and prevent social conflicts.
• Primary contact for employees and Warehouse managers to answer HR related
Inquiries.
• Supervises all activities related to the time office.
• Proactively identify HR interventions and opportunities in support of business needs
and objectives.
Traits:-
• Ability to understand and analyse the root cause of a problem.
• 4-6 Years of experience required in warehouse
• Good understanding of human behavior.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Efficient time management.
