Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment strategy:
Develop and implement strategies to attract both active and passive candidates, focusing on the unique needs of the construction industry.
Sourcing and screening:
Find candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
Candidate management:
Manage the entire candidate experience, providing consistent communication, and maintaining a database of potential future hires.
Hiring process:
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, conduct background checks, and process reference checks for final candidates.
Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build strong working relationships.
Offer and onboarding:
Negotiate job offers, extend offers, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Compliance and reporting:
Ensure recruitment activities comply with labor laws and regulations and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Employer branding:
Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting its brand and culture to potential candidates.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with EPC industry experience are preferred high
