Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Provide training to employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and safe work practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies to enhance workplace safety awareness and culture.
• Maintain and analyze safety records, data, and reports to track compliance and identify trends.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related inquiries and concerns from employees and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Safety Manager or in a similar role within the industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Certification in safety management or related field (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP, CIH) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective training and collaboration.
• Proficiency in using safety management software and tools for reporting and tracking compliance.
