Job Description

Job Summary :

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist + HR Business Partner to join our corporate HR team. The selected candidate will manage talent acquisition and onboarding for our 3PL and International Freight Forwarding departments, while also supporting and shadowing the PAN India HRBP on strategic HR partnering across Freight and Warehouse functions.

The role also includes responsibility for key HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and payroll coordination.

Job Role and responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for 3PL and International Freight Forwarding verticals.
  • Partner with business heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive offer rollouts and ensure a smooth pre-joining and onboarding experience.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and support employer branding initiatives.

Onboarding

  • Coordinate the pre-joining process, ensuring documentation and joining formalities are completed.
  • Plan and execute a structured onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Liaise with IT, admin, and functional teams to ensure Day 1 readiness.
  • Conduct HR inductions and check-ins during the first 30-60-90 days.

HR Operations

  • Release confirmation and relieving letters in coordination with reporting managers.
  • Maintain compliance trackers (Gratuity, ESIC) and employee databases.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and documentation follow-ups.
  • Initiate and track exit formalities.
  • Compile monthly attendance data for 3PL and Freight teams across India.
  • Share Loss of Pay (LOP) inputs with the payroll team in a timely manner.

HR Business Partnering

  • Assist the PAN India HRBP in Freight and Warehouse functions.
  • Participate in engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and employee connects.
  • Support in executing performance review cycles and feedback loops.
  • Coordinate HR communications and process implementations under guidance.
