Key Responsibilities

Strategic Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily Facility Operations, ensuring alignment with organisational standards for service quality, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimise service delivery and resource utilization.
  • Develop and execute business strategies for market positioning, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

Financial Stewardship:

  • Prepare, manage, and analyze annual budgets and financial reports.
  • Drive initiatives for revenue management, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • Lead capital expenditure projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Mentor, train, and lead large multidisciplinary teams, fostering an inclusive, high-performance workplace culture.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for all hospitality staff.
  • Implement performance management processes and succession planning.
  • Adapt and work with existing team,

Guest Experience & Quality Assurance: Board Meeting Room Arrangemnts and Important Visits

  • Champion the guest experience, ensuring personalized, seamless, and memorable
  • Lead efforts in service innovation, guest engagement,
  • Maintain safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance to the highest standards.
  • Groom, supervise, monitor team and all arrangements. proactively correct is needed

Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

    15+ years in hospitality management, with demonstrable success in leadership roles at luxury/full-service hotels or resorts.
  • Growth Mindset:

    Proven ability to take on new challenges, such as property launches, turnarounds, and expansion into new markets.
  • Analytical Acumen:

    Strong track record in financial analysis, budgeting, and achieving revenue targets1.
  • People-Focused:

    Inspirational leader with advanced interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Technical Savvy:

    Proficient with latest hospitality technology platforms (PMS, ERP, Revenue Management systems).
  • Education:

    Bachelors or Masters degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Administration, or related discipline.
  • Bonus Attributes:

    Experience in facilities management, project evaluation for new hotel ventures, and leading teams through innovation and organizational change.
