Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located at Ruby Arena in Trivandrum for an Executive Housekeeper. The Executive Housekeeper will lead housekeeping operations, oversee staff management, and ensure that cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the hotel. Key responsibilities include managing laundry operations, organizing daily room cleaning schedules, conducting inspections for quality control, coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs, and training housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Laundry services and processes to maintain uniform and linen quality.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
Excellent Organization Skills for managing schedules, inventories, and operational workflows.
Experience in staff Training and development to ensure a high-performing team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Prior experience in housekeeping management is preferred.
Basic computer proficiency for reporting and administrative tasks is an advantage.
