Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper located in Thiruvalla taluk. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping and janitorial services to ensure clean and hygienic environments. Daily tasks include managing laundry services, training housekeeping staff, organizing schedules, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role also involves effective communication with staff and guests, and resolving any housekeeping-related issues promptly.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training housekeeping staff
• Ability to manage and supervise a team
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in hospitality or facility management is a plus
• Fluent in English and local language
