Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team at the Marriott hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping and hospitality, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintece.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of guests and staff.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels and timely replenishment.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintece, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Train and mentor new hires, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
