Job Description

The High-rise Executive - ERP will support ERP processes related to engineering operations, project management, and production workflows. This role bridges the gap between technical engineering teams and ERP systems, ensuring accurate data flow, process compliance, and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, and support specifically for engineering and project-related modules.
Collaborate with engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
Maintain and update engineering data in ERP systems, including BOMs (Bill of Materials), routings, project plans, and cost data.
Support project scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking within the ERP system.
Generate engineering and project reports, dashboards, and KPIs to aid decision-making.
Ensure ERP compliance with engineering standards, quality control, and internal processes.
Troubleshoot ERP-related issues in engineering modules and coordinate with IT/vendors for resolution.
Provide training and documentation to end-users on engineering ERP functionalities.
Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives related to engineering operations.
