Creating Email Id for new joiners andarranging Desktop| Laptop requirements as per the requirements.
Processing with new joiners mapping, idcard processing punching
Providing induction to the blue-collaremployees
Maintaining personal files of on roll andcontract employees
Managing the HR Help Desk program
Preparing maintaining JobDescriptions of on roll employees
Updating and maintaining OrganizationalHierarchy records and data
Coordinating for the employee probationconfirmation, Separation, experience letter/ relieving letter etc.
Allocating and managing the payrollemployees shifts as per the change (Weekly, Monthly)
Preparing Daily and Monthly MIS/ HODreports of contractual workmen headcount.
