Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, courteous, and professional individual to join our team as a Doorman / Bellboy / Security Assistant. This hybrid role requires flexibility and the ability to perform a combination of front-facing guest services and security-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate will ensure guests receive a warm welcome, assist with luggage, monitor premises, and respond to security concerns as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Doorman Duties:

• Greet guests, residents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Open doors, assist with directions, and provide general information about the property and local area.
• Manage traffic flow at the main entrance and coordinate with valet or parking services.

Bellboy Duties:

• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities and features.
• Deliver parcels, messages, and room service items as required.
• Ensure luggage is handled and stored securely.

Security Duties:

• Monitor entrances, exits, and security cameras for suspicious activity.
• Conduct routine patrols of the premises and report any safety concerns.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances.
• Enforce property rules and ensure guest and staff safety at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or security role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy luggage.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of security protocols is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

• This is a physically active role requiring standing for extended periods.
• The role involves both indoor and outdoor duties.
• May be required to work night shifts and weekends based on operational needs.
