As an Executive - Front Office at International Institute of Technology, Design and Management (IITDM Vizag) located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, you will play a vital role as the first point of contact for the institute, portraying a professional image to prospective students, parents, visitors, and faculty. Coordinating appointments for executives, assisting during recruitment events, and managing administrative tasks are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or BBA with a specialization in Sales and Marketing. A background of 3-5 years in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or education sector, is desirable. Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi languages, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach are essential. Strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience in student counseling or admissions will be advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a professional demeanor are also required.
