Job Description

Were Seeking experienced professionals with a minimum of 1 year in counselling, customer service, or a sales-related field ! As an Executive Education Counselling, you will independently manage student profiles, provide end-to-end counselling support, and help achieve individual conversion targets through informed and structured guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive assessments of student profiles and recommend suitable courses and universities abroad.
Provide expert guidance on admission procedures, documentation, visa application, and pre-departure preparation.
Maintain strong relationships with students through timely communication and consistent follow-ups.
Convert qualified leads into successful applications and enrolments.
Stay current with overseas education trends, university updates, and country-specific policies.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of student information and application progress.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth application processing and follow-through.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in education counselling, sales, or customer service.
Bachelor s degree (any discipline); additional certifications in counselling or education will be a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong client engagement, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.

Preferred Profile

Prior experience in handling student counselling for countries like Australia, Canada, or the UK.
Results-driven and organized with strong time management skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
