Description
As an Executive in Facility Management Services at StayVista in Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in overseeing guest experiences, property readiness, and on-site staff, including housekeeping, cooks, butlers, security, and gardeners. Your responsibilities will involve managing daily operations, maintenance, inventory, and adherence to SOPs while also focusing on resolving guest concerns and coordinating with stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for budgeting, financial oversight, and implementing guest delight programs to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or guest services with a strong focus on operations and guest satisfaction. You must demonstrate the ability to effectively manage housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff, as well as coordinate with AMC vendors, OEMs, and technicians for timely repairs and inspections. Proficiency in SOP implementation, inventory management, and financial oversight is essential. Knowledge of relevant statutory regulations related to fire and electrical safety is also required. Your success in this position will be measured by key metrics such as Guest Satisfaction Score (based on direct and OTA feedback), Staff Efficiency & Adherence to SOPs, Property Maintenance & Cleanliness Score, Timeliness in Issue Resolution, and Inventory & Asset Management Accuracy.
