Salary Range: ₹25,000
Experience required: 3-4 Years

We are looking for a dynamic Executive to join our Export Documentation & CHA team. If you have hands-on experience in export documentation and coordination with shipping lines, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions (SI) to carriers as per booking & cargo readiness.
• Ensure timely submission of Verified Gross Mass (VGM) within the prescribed cut-off.
• Coordinate with carriers to obtain accurate freight invoices.
• Liaise with customers, carriers, agents, and CHAs for smooth documentation flow.
• Maintain accurate records and update trackers/ERP systems in real-time.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and carrier compliance.
• Familiarity with leading shipping lines and their online platforms.
• Proficient in VGM, SI submissions, and carrier coordination.
• Skilled in MS Office and freight forwarding software.
• Excellent coordination, multitasking, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
