Role Overview

Responsible for handling documentation with banks, liaising with government departments, managing service purchase order (PO) entries, submitting online applications, and supporting internal teams with documentation processes in an export-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Bank & Government Coordination

  :
• Submit and collect documents from banks; liaise with officials for verifications, approvals, and statutory compliances. Conduct visits to government departments for licenses, renewals, and permissions.

• PO & Application Handling

  :
• Manage service PO entries in SAP systems with accuracy. Prepare and submit online applications (e.g., registrations, compliance) and track their status.

• Internal Documentation Support

  :
• Assist with scanning, uploading, and distributing documents across departments. Maintain organized records to support audits and internal controls.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, international business, or related field
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in banking/government liaison roles in the export division
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
