Events Executive- Operations and Client Servicing

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning: Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand their objectives, budgets, and vision for the event. Develop comprehensive event production plans and timelines.

Vendor Management: Identify and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure the best services and pricing. Manage vendor relationships and_ ensure the timely delivery of services.

Budget Management: Create and manage event costings with the manager (internal and external).

Quality Control: Implement and maintain high-quality production standards to ensure the flawless execution of events.

Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each project, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Excellent Interpersonal Skills Strong time management and organizational skills including multi-tasking and prioritizing of workload

Extremely organized and can work well under stressful circumstances.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in production or event management within the events industry.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
