Key Responsibilities: - Event Planning: Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand their objectives, budgets, and vision for the event. Develop comprehensive event production plans and timelines. - Vendor Management: Identify and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure the best services and pricing. Manage vendor relationships and ensure the timely delivery of services. - Budget Management: Create and manage event costings with the manager (internal and external). - Quality Control: Implement and maintain high-quality production standards to ensure the flawless execution of events. - Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each project, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
