  • Team Supervision: Coordinate with designers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Vendor & Material Management: Manage procurement of materials and maintain vendor relationships for timely supply and quality assurance.

  • Documentation: Maintain all necessary project documentation, including progress reports, cost analysis, and regulatory paperwork.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve on-ground issues, and ensure work aligns with approved drawings.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, or equivalent project planning/design software.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in managing interior projects (residential, commercial, or retail).
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of design principles, materials, finishes, MEP services, and construction workflows.

Qualitative Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage clients and vendors effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
