1. FTL & PTL - Daily Transporters' Load Distribution & Dispatch planning for Oleo and Contract Manufacturing Business.
2. Managing Tanker & Truck Transporters, Ground level coordination with the Security, Plant loading team, QC, Dispatch & Suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
3. Transporters Invoice processing and resolving their Operational & Finance related queries.
4. Maintain Customer Service Level through close coordination with the CS & Sales Team.
5. Monthly MIS and Freight Deviation, Detention and Saving Reports preparation using SAP.
6. Freight SPO and SE preparation in SAP.
7. Identify opportunities for Logistics process improvement.
