Job Summary As a Customer Support Executive, you will be a key part of the Customer Success Team, supporting clients in understanding, using, and maximizing the value of our software solutions. This is a voice process role where you will be handling client queries via calls and providing ongoing support. Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory, as many of our clients communicate in Hindi. Roles & Responsibilities Provide product training and onboarding support to clients. Analyze and map client requirements with the software’s capabilities. Monitor and resolve support tickets in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Willingness to travel to client locations if required. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services. Deliver high-quality support while meeting deadlines and performance metrics. Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills, especially in Hindi and English. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
