We are seeking an experienced Executive Customer Support - Malayalam to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Malayalam, and have a strong background in customer support and service.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound calls, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Manage customer queries and concerns in a polite and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Work effectively in a voice process environment, handling high volumes of calls and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions.
0 to 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field (Malayalam).
Excellent communication skills, in Malayalam both (Read and Speak).Proficiency in Malayalam, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
