Process: US Healthcare / US Banking - Customer Service (Voice Process)

Applicants Must speak Fluent English Speaking

Shift Timings (Gurgaon Only): 6pm to 3am (Sat & Sun - Fixed Off)

(Applicants Must flexible to work any rotational Shifts as per Business Requires)

CTC : 3.0 LPA + NSA (Appx. Monthly: Rs. 21000 + Benefits)

Transport Facility : 2way Transport (Pick n Drop)

Mandatory Experience: ( Fresher's to 11Months Experience are Eligible)

Qualification: Any Graduate / PG / UG - 12th Passed & Above

Respond to internal customers by answering relevant company roll-up questions; suggesting company names as per Chief Compliance and other policies making live changes in tool if required/requested- only on receiving confirmation from sales rep

Resolve sales rep problems/requests by clarifying the sales reps complaint/request; determining the cause of the request; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the request; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Respond to all cases with in the stipulated TAT

Basic Requirement:

Excellent Communications Skills

Experience working in an external client facing environment

Strong Excel and MS Office skills

Ability to work cross-functionally across internal and external stakeholders with a high bias for action Sound judgment, attention to detail and flexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule

Comfort and experience with a fast-paced start-up environment

Fluent in English & an excellent communicator
