Executive - Customer Service Spanish

You will be joining our team in a collections role where your primary focus will be on managing customer accounts with professionalism and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to address and resolve account delinquencies, handling complex customer issues, and recommending appropriate solutions to ensure timely resolution. To be successful in this role, you must be bilingual in Spanish and English with a minimum of B2 certification in Spanish.
