Role: Customer Relationship Executive
Experience: 3–5 years
Location: Pune
What You’ll Do:
▪️ Stay connected with customers post-booking
▪️ Address queries on site progress, modifications, & possession
▪️ Share timely updates on project status
▪️ Conduct client meetings & ensure all commitments are delivered
▪️ Coordinate handover & possession of units
▪️ Work closely with sales and site teams
▪️ Build strong, long-term client relationships
What We’re Looking For:
▪️ Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel & documentation
▪️ Excellent communication & coordination skills
▪️ Friendly, organized, and customer-focused approach
▪️ Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
▪️ Experience in CRM / Customer Relations / Real Estate Sales Support
