Job Description :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage and optimize customer relationship strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, maintaining CRM databases, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting marketing and sales efforts through effective CRM practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
• Enter and update customer data and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Support sales and marketing teams with customer data and reporting.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and executing CRM campaigns and follow-ups.
• Generate reports and dashboards for management review.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments for CRM system improvements and automation.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM or a customer service/sales support role.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B/B2C customer interaction.
• Knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM automation.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
