Collaborate and assist the sales team. Supporting the Front Office staff. Support with inventory management. Plan staff meetings and schedule updates. Process business invoices, bills and receipts. Aid in management. Office executive experience from prior employment. Outstanding organisational abilities. Understanding of Microsoft Office programs and computer operating systems. Working familiarity with CRM platforms. The capacity to cooperate in a group. Superior verbal and written communication abilities. Basic familiarity with accounting and financial software.
