As an Inside Sales & Customer Support Agent based in Bangalore, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Sales Outreach: Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and social media to introduce them to our exciting travel experiences. - Sales Conversion: Utilize your persuasive skills to convert potential customers, address their queries, and close deals successfully. - Customer Support: Act as a superhero for existing customers, resolving their inquiries, addressing any travel-related issues, and ensuring they have a memorable experience. - Relationship Building: Establish strong, lasting connections with customers by listening attentively, demonstrating empathy, and maintaining open lines of communication. - Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our destinations, tours, and services to provide comprehensive information to customers. - Documentation: Maintain organized records of all interactions and transactions.
