Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Claims to join our Gurgaon Head Office. The role involves handling motor claims intimation, follow-ups, and coordination with insurers, dealers, and customers to ensure timely closure of cases. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Manage motor insurance end to end claims intimation process efficiently.
2. Conduct regular follow-ups with insurers, dealers, and customers to ensure smooth claim settlement.3. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to claims and provide timely updates.4. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and escalate issues wherever necessary.5. Maintain proper documentation and records of claims in line with company standards.6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during the claims handling process.7. Provide a high standard of customer service by addressing queries and guiding customers through the claim lifecycle.8. Assist in preparing MIS reports and trackers for management review.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
• Knowledge of the motor insurance claims process is an added advantage.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations with professionalism.
• Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,239.44 - ₹33,793.60 per month
