Executive- Claims

You will be responsible for managing motor insurance claims intimation, follow-ups, and coordination with insurers, dealers, and customers to ensure timely closure of cases. Your key responsibilities will include: - Efficiently managing the end-to-end motor insurance claims intimation process. - Conducting regular follow-ups with insurers, dealers, and customers for smooth claim settlement. - Handling inbound and outbound customer calls related to claims and providing timely updates. - Coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary. - Maintaining proper documentation and records of claims as per company standards. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during the claims handling process. - Providing a high standard of customer service by addressing queries and guiding customers through the claim lifecycle. - Assisting in preparing MIS reports and trackers for management review. To excel in this role, you should have: - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. - Knowledge of the motor insurance claims process (added advantage). - Good coordination and follow-up skills. - Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations with professionalism. - Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). - A customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
