Your qualifications and skills should include: - Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume kitchen. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Expertise in menu development and food cost control. - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
