Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Anjuna, Goa. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and supervising kitchen staff. They will ensure high-quality food production, maintain food safety standards, and collaborate with the management team on menu development and cost control. Qualifications Proven experience as a Head Chef or relevant role Demonstrated expertise in menu planning and food preparation Strong leadership and managerial skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Exceptional culinary creativity and knowledge Excellent communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards Ability to train and mentor kitchen staff Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities Relevant certifications or culinary degree is a plus Show more Show less
