Job Title: Executive - CBU Engineering
Location: Chennai Office
Reports to (Position): Manager
Department/Function: CBU Engineering

Purpose of the Job: Responsible for to improve production facilities, reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall Equipment Reliability, Process Quality & Safety of plant, personnel and production processes.

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Mixer & Auxiliary Systems Electrical Maintenance activities.
• Up keeping of equipment by implementation of preventive maintenance programs
• Troubleshooting of broken down systems
• Why Why analysis & Cap Do for Breakdowns.
• Machine Drawing updation ( Machine modification & component change updation )
• Abnormality identification & correction of the Abnormalities identified by Shift & PM Team (Abnormality /JH listing with 7types and execution). Ensure targets of equipment availability, MTTR and MTBF are met.

Skills:

• Knowledge on SAP systems
• Experience in Siemens Automation Products (S7Programming Language ,TIA Portal Software) & AB PLC,
• HMI, Drives and SCADA and experience in Individual Handling & commissioning.
• Knowledge on Server based MES.
• Hands on Experience on following products,
• VFD of ABB AB , SIEMENS MAKE.
• Software Tool
• Thorough Knowledge on PLC & Drives hardware interfacing.
• Exposure to modern maintenance techniques
• Knowledge in safety requirements for major turnaround and maintenance activities
• Siemens - TIA, Simatic Manager, Starter, Wincc
• AB RSLogix5000, Studio5000, Factory Talk View ME, Connected components workbench. Drive Executive.
• ABB Drive Composer.
• Overall knowledge of Mixing Production Process

Relevant Experience: 4-5 years
Education Qualification(s): Diploma/B.Tech/B.E.
