Role & responsibilities

•Should act as SPOC between client and Insurance company.

  • Co-ordination for appointment booking and rescheduling appointment of clients.

• Highlighting issues to Insurance company on daily basis

• Keeping track of completed medical cases.

• Maintaining and sharing MIS to respective departments

• Supporting day to day activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate

• Good communication skills

• Basic Knowledge of MS Excel

•Experience - 6months to 1 year
