Key Responsibilities

a) Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through research, databases, and market interaction.

b) Prospect Outreach:
Engage with leads via calls and messages to introduce offerings and qualify interest.

c) Meeting Coordination:
Fix appointments with decision-makers and support planning for both virtual and in-person discussions.

d) Sales Closure:
Assist in negotiations, follow up consistently, and help convert opportunities into orders.

e) Customer Coordination:
Maintain continuous communication with clients, ensuring smooth follow-ups, documentation, and service support.

Candidate Requirements

• Preference for candidates holding a Pharma background or an MBA.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the pharma industry.
• Strong communication abilities and a confident interpersonal style.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and contribute to revenue growth.
• Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to travel when required.
