Summary - Use your scrap metal market knowledge to acquire sellers and help execute auctions on our digital platform. Role & responsibilities 1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the scrap industry, including developing relationships with potential customers, suppliers, and partners. 2. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands. 3. Strategy Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue in the scrap business. 4. Internal Coordination: Coordination with other state team members engaged in scrap business. Coordination with Market watch team, customer care and finance team for back office support to the clients. 5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to promote the scrap business and increase revenue. 7. Proposal writing: Prepare customer centric presentation and proposal 8. Negotiation Skill: Negotiation with the business clients on transaction charges and get agree as per company policy. Preferred candidate profile Good understanding of the scrap industry specifically Metals, including market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
