Executive - Business Development

As an incumbent in this role, your primary responsibility will be acquiring new business/customers in the assigned territory or segment. This involves various tasks such as lead generation through different modes like visiting industrial areas, web inquiries, customer references, and social networking. You will also be establishing contacts with key stakeholders involved in decision-making on packaging and logistics. Key Responsibilities: - Making presentations on Nefab's capabilities to prospective customer teams to ignite interest and generate inquiries. - Working on technical and commercial aspects of RFQs with Nefab's internal teams such as Design and Costing. - Coordinating proofing and validation of the developed solutions. - Finalizing commercial aspects. - Streamlining regular supplies for the converted flow/project and handing it over to the Farming/Key Account Management team. - Working on multiple prospects/projects simultaneously and maintaining a healthy pipeline. Qualifications Required: - Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Graduate with an MBA. - 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial solution selling in a B2B (Business to Business) environment. - Proficiency in the local language and fluency in English. Skills & Competencies: - Excellent business communication and presentation skills in English. - Ability to interact and deal with stakeholders at the CXO level. - Proficiency in numbers, MS Office, and persuasion. - Capability to work effectively with and through a team, despite being an individual contributor. In addition, industrial packaging/industrial solution selling experience will be preferable for this role.,
