Job Title: Executive Assistant to Founder (COO Track)

• Be the founder’s 

  operational and strategic right hand

• Manage internal ops, team workflows, schedules, proposals, outreach
• Handle clients, vendors, partners, and put out fires (with calm)
• Build backend systems from scratch — CRM, recruiting, SOPs
• Ensure 

  nothing falls through the cracks

  , ever

• Own execution

   so the founder can focus on Vision + Growth + Design

• 2–6 years in high-intensity roles: EA, ops, consulting, or founder’s office
• Fierce organizational skills + high emotional intelligence
• Strong communicator — written and verbal
• You take initiative, ask the right questions, and 

  don’t wait to be told

• Loyalty, speed, and precision
• Bonus if you’ve worked in creative/startup environments or client-facing roles

• Real ownership from Day 1
