Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize various records and documents.
  • Act as a virtual assistant to the reporting manager.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for general communications.
  • Plan and schedule meetings efficiently.
  • Make and manage travel arrangements, including maintaining itineraries.
  • Screen visitors and maintain visitor logs.
  • Provide complete administrative support across tasks.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) for document and data management.
  • Prioritize and manage email communication effectively, responding when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth coordination across functions.
  • Have a basic understanding of the stock market.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command of English.
  • Advanced email and correspondence management skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in a relevant field or industry.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Diploma, MBA, M.Com preferred).
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
