Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to the Managing Director for a full-time, mid-level position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of experience in providing executive support, managing schedules, and optimizing workflows. This role requires proficiency in both essential and mandatory skills for efficient operations and support.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong background in executive support, ensuring smooth management of senior leadership tasks.
  • Proficiency in document preparation to ensure accurate and timely creation of necessary documents.
  • Expertise in event planning to manage and coordinate events with a high level of precision.
  • Excellent calendar management skills to efficiently organize and prioritize appointments (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to schedule meetings effectively to align with priorities and available times (Mandatory skill).
  • Efficient workflow optimization to enhance productivity and streamline processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise correspondence.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director, including handling confidential matters.
  • Manage and optimize the MD’s calendar, prioritizing and coordinating appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and set up internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
  • Organize and facilitate company events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.
  • Improve workflow processes to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as handling telephone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders and maintain beneficial working relationships.
