Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Power Sales Executive specializing in Batteries and UPS Systems. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience, demonstrating a strong background in sales and customer relationship management within the power solutions sector. Qualifications and Skills Demonstrated expertise in Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill). Proven negotiation skills essential for closing deals and client expansion (Mandatory skill). Capability in sales forecasting to assist in strategic decision-making (Mandatory skill). Experience with Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions and data efficiently. Ability to execute account development strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Strong strategic planning skills to enable proactive and effective sales approaches. Proven leadership skills in guiding and motivating sales teams to achieve targets. Conducting thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and improvements. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the batteries and UPS systems market.
