Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage the Executives calendar, meetings, deadlines, and daily priorities.
Support day-to-day operations including agendas, appointments, daily meetings, MoM, and follow-ups.
Handle emails, correspondence, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure smooth and timely flow of information to keep the Executive updated.
Manage social media coordination, content scheduling, and basic engagement.
Prepare, edit, and deliver videos for social media and presentations (short-form videos/reels).
Arrange travel plans and detailed itineraries.
Conduct research and prepare summaries as required.
Handle banking and financial transactions with high confidentiality.
Assist with personal and family-related tasks, including kids schedules and routine coordination.
Perform ad-hoc administrative and personal tasks as needed.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Google Calendar, AI, Canva and Gmail.
Must be skillful in the use of Microsoft Office.
Willing to learn new things and take on additional tasks.
Time management skills and confidentiality.
Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Written).

Mandatory Qualities:

Strong ethics, with an ability to manage classified data
Should be multitasking, energetic, and display a positive learning attitude.
