About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. The role involves handling high-level administrative, organizational, and logistical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and effective time management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle confidential documents and ensure secure record-keeping.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Screen and direct phone calls; manage correspondence.
  • Maintain an organized filing system (both paper and electronic).
  • Assist in project management and track deliverables.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Calendar & travel management
  • Meeting coordination & document preparation
  • Office supplies & expense management
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Education & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 5–20 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant: 4 years (Preferred)
