Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment:

-Act as a strategic bridge between departments to ensure alignment on business goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Prepare Executive Briefs & Dashboards:

-Create concise executive summaries and visual dashboards for top management to support quick decision-making.

Support Investor & Stakeholder Engagements:

--Coordinate communication and documentation for investor meetings, board presentations, and external stakeholder interactions.

Track Process Improvements

-Identify bottlenecks in internal workflows and propose solutions to streamline reporting and communication cycles.

Manage Confidential Data Repositories:

-Organize and maintain secure access to sensitive business data, including performance metrics and strategic plans.

Communication & Liaison:

-Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. Handle confidential correspondence and ensure timely follow-ups.

-Design templates and protocols for consistent communication across departments and leadership tiers.

Meeting & Event Coordination:

-Organize board meetings, leadership reviews, and company events. Prepare agendas, minutes, and presentation materials and follow up for the same.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communication or related field + Masters in Business Administration from tier 1/ tier 2 B schools 1-5 years of experience in executive support or strategic coordination
