Job Description

Role Overview: You will be employed as a full-time Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, based in Faridabad. Your primary role will involve providing high-level executive support, managing the executive's schedule, organizing meetings and events, preparing reports and documents, handling communication, and performing various administrative duties as required. In addition, you will serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide executive administrative assistance and support - Manage the executive's diary efficiently - Coordinate meetings and events - Prepare reports, documents, and presentations - Handle communication and correspondence - Perform various administrative tasks as needed - Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Proficient in executive administrative assistance, administrative assistance, and executive support - Skilled in diary management - Excellent communication abilities - Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Previous relevant work experience in a similar role is preferred - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field would be advantageous Role Overview: You will be employed as a full-time Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, based in Faridabad.
