We are seeking a proactive and highly organized **Executive Assistant** to support our Director in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing administrative tasks, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings

* Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the Director

* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

* Handle travel arrangements and expense reports

* Maintain and organize important documents and records

* Act as a liaison between the Director and staff/clients

* Monitor and follow up on tasks assigned by the Director

* Assist in strategic planning, project tracking, and execution

* Handle any additional administrative tasks as assigned

### **Requirements:**

* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential matters

* Strong attention to detail and time management
